- Must have general handyman knowledge and able to work alone on a jobsite, and call when needing assistance.
- Must have the knowledge to work alone in this type of field

- Must have good integritiy

- Must be able to be on-time for jobsite, office meetings, and schedule times.
- Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Must have your own truck - Mileage paid daily
- Must have bank account for direct deposit
- Must wear uniform only when working, uniform is not to be worn on personal time.
